Really great service. Husband and I had an engine temp hot light come on right when we were leaving Syracuse to get back home to NYC and the owner’s nephew was super helpful and provided quick service. Important to note that this was on a Sunday when no other mechanics are available at the chain auto shops. Highly recommend this family business!

The shop is located in a low income diverse neighborhood however the Mechanics are courteous , professional and honest. It was a positive experience.

Saved our vacation! Rainy, cold Sunday morning and the driver window motor decided to quit after going through a drive thru. Luckily they were open and got the window back up so we could continue our drive. Very reasonable price. Quick and friendly service.

Took a bit but the service I needed wasn't easy. They did it for cheap and replaced my oil pressure switch on my car. Their hospitality was great and the guys are straight to the point. Next time I'm stuck in NY with car issues, I'll go back there for sure.

These guys are absolutely wonderful. They fixed the exhaust pipes on my nissan frontier after one of the pipes broke. My truck is quiet now and has more pep when hitting the gas. I do believe he undercharged what he should have, so I gave him a pretty good tip for it. I definately recommend using these guys, I know I will definately be going back. I am very happy I stopped in to talk to him a coup weeks ago. Thank you guys very much, Crystal

I cannot say enough about this family run business!! Mohamed and his team did an amazing job. A bit of background: My car overheated while driving home on the turnpike in NY to Ohio, on a Sunday. I called my insurance company to get a tow - 1.5hrs later they indicate that is a restricted zone and to call state trooper. I wound up calling the nearest Pep Boys where I had planned on taking it to see if they offered tow service, which they did and it would have been nice if they offered that on my first call with them. Needless to say got dropped into another queue - now worried that it was approaching 3pm on a Sunday and most repair shops would not likely service me the same day. I then found this repair shop that was open until 7pm. I called, explained my issue he indicated to bring the car in and he could work on it. The (independent tow truck company I found through the Warner's gas attendant) was curious why I chose this shop out of the others. I said, I need to get home yet today, and they were willing to work on it on a Sunday. Mohamed and his family team treated me so kind, he quickly assessed the issue (water pump completely broken), quoted me a price, and went to work. It was a Very fair price and they even went the extra step to check my oil and give me an oil change at a small price and fix my darn dashboard light from being forever on! It goes to show that no matter where in the world you are, regardless of neighborhood, income, nationality etc.... There are truly good people/mechanics in the world. I just now need to find someone closer to my home in Ohio! Thank you Mohamed and Family - you are the best. Lisa

This is hands down the best auto shop I have ever been to! The staff is beyond amazing – they treated us like family, taking care of us as if we were their own children. Not only were they kind and welcoming, but they also went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. We built such a great relationship with the team here, and there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back. The prices were fair, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was just the best thing ever. If you’re in Syracuse, you NEED to go here – you won’t find a better shop! #ShaheenRocks
